How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is FREE on all US orders. We ship to the USA only.

How long does shipping take?
We prepare your order in 1–5 days, then delivery takes 8–25 days, so allow 9–30 days in total from the day you place your order.

Where is my order?
Email contact@velvtpark.com with your full name, mailing address and order confirmation number.

What is my tracking number?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 7 days of ordering, email contact@velvtpark.com and we'll check on it.

I've lost my tracking number. What can I do?
Email contact@velvtpark.com with your full name and mailing address, and we'll resend your confirmation number.

How can I make changes to my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can change:

  • Your delivery details
  • Your name
  • Your email
  • Your phone number

How can I cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can't cancel an order once it has shipped.

  • Every order gets an email confirmation with tracking information once the package ships.

Our Guarantee

  • If your order is lost or damaged on its way to you, we'll send you a replacement free of charge. Just email contact@velvtpark.com.
  • If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
