How much does shipping cost, and how long does delivery take?

Free standard shipping on all US orders. We prepare your order in 1–5 days, then delivery takes 8–25 days (9–30 days in total).

Can I return my order?

How long do refunds take?

Processing can take 7–14 business days once we receive your return. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

My order was lost or arrived damaged. What do I do?
